Quality Assurance & Accreditation Experience
- Led the academic accreditation process of the Faculty of Fine Arts, resulting in official accreditation by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE).
- Coordinator for Standards 6 and 7 (Financial and Human Resources Development & Community Service – QAAAP).
- Coordinator for Strategic Goal 7 Strengthening the Faculty of Fine Arts’ leadership role in community and environmental engagement, and Strategic Goal 8 Developing financial resources and enhancing continuous improvement capacity Within the CIQAP Project.
- Supervised and managed the program portfolio, including program structure, course specifications, and course reports For undergraduate and postgraduate students, Painting Department – 2013.
- Served as Internal Reviewer for Painting Department programs, Mural Painting Division – 2013/2014.
- Supervised and contributed to the development of the credit-hour system bylaws For the undergraduate Painting Department – 2013.
- Developed the Financial Resources Development Plan for the Faculty of Fine Arts.
- Developed the Community Service Plan for the Faculty of Fine Arts – 2009–2014.
- Member of the Strategic Planning Committee, Faculty of Fine Arts.
- Participated in the Expert Committee and Strategic Planning for Community Service, Helwan University.
- Applied for institutional accreditation as Chair of the Quality Assurance Unit Board – January 2016 and 2017.
